1- Create an event
2- Send an invitation to a participant (can be yourself)
3- Open the attachement and accept the invitation
4- Your invitation will be name "you're invited to participate in a meeting" which is the subject of the mail.
The meeting name must be the same than the one set on the meeting document so we need to also to update the mail subject with : "Meeting: MEETING TITLE"
- Mail's subject must use the 'Meeting: MeetingClass.title' value
