Add an option to name split wiki pages with main page name + heading name

Currently the office importer application allows page naming (with splitting) with two criterion:

• Heading names.
• Main page name and numbering.

This task will introduce the following page naming criteria:

• Main page name and heading

The resulting pages will have names of the format:

<MainPageName>-<HeadingName>-<OptionalIndex>
