    Description

      Canadian French adds accents to capitalized letters in contrary of french from France that doesn't.

      In a spreadsheed edited with OO 3.2 if I have Á Â Ä É È Ë Ê after importation I get & Aacute; & Acirc; & Auml; & Eacute; & Egrave; & Euml; & Ecirc; (I added a space between the & and the rest in order to display what is seen)
