Bad conversion of national characters from

    Description

      When importing document containing national characters (czech in my case), generated page containd bad characters instead of original chzech characters. The document is shown with no problems in the same version of OpenOffice.

      OpenOffice 3.1, XWiki ver. 2.6, OS Windows7 CZ 32 bit.
