Send Page entities instead of Document

The Activity Vocabulary defines various type of entities such as Article, Document or Page. Until now we were sending the most abstract one a Document. But apparently, Mastodon only handle more concrete types such as Page or Article.
So we'll change the send entities in case of sharing page and created/modified document to send Page entities.
