Activity likes should notify to the liked entity owner

Scenario:

• Simon@ywiki follows Manuel@xwiki
• Manuel creates a new page
• Simon receives a new page notification
• Simon likes the notification
• The like is displayed in the likes table of Simon
• The like is not notified to Manuel
