Cannot save panel layout in panel wizard

I created a new wiki on XWiki.com. I installed the xwiki1.0b1 skin by changing the skin name to xwiki10b1 and by importing the Panel wizard as explained in the Admin section of the xwiki.org site. I started the panel wizard and changed the layout to three colums. Upon saving the layout a very large popup panel with an exception popsup complaing about saveWithProgrammingRights not working. I was not able to save the panel layout and had to go into the XWikPreferences and do it by hand. Screenshot attached.
