Adapt the Project application to nested documents architecture

Change the application so that the location hierarchy of the project documents respect the parent-child hierarchy.
Projects and sub-projects need to become nested documents.
The reason for nested documents adaptation comes mainly from the wrongly displayed bradcrimbs on nested documents versions.
This will bump the minimum version to a nested spaces version.
