Allow admins to choose in which space the app will be active

After the Ratings Application is installed, a five star ratting is shown on every page of a wiki, including the Main.WebHome. It would be nice if this wasn't happening on every page and after you install the app, to have an administration option which allows admins to select a spaces list in which the app will be active.
