Declare the dependency on xwiki-core as "provided"

There are some issues with Maven and dependency resolution, which can cause two or even more core jars to be included in XE. Given the fact that the XWiki plugins are not meant for standalone usage, it is safe to to assume that xwiki-core will be "provided" when using the plugin.
