Scheduler table only lists jobs in the scheduler space. It should list all jobs in the wiki

It does not make much sense to restrict the list to only the scheduler space. Application may come with their own jobs in different spaces, and it make definitely sense to list them in this table (and thus be able to start/stop/pause/fire/etc. them)
