History comments say tags were deleted when they were actually added

On adding a new tag via the [+] button at the bottom of the page the history gets a new minor revision which will say something like "Tag [MyTag] deleted". This is obviously incorrect and should much rather say "Tag [MyTag] added" or something like that.
