Improve wiki creation page

This page contains lots of options and is difficult to understand:

• remove some information not strongly needed than could be configured after creation in descriptor page ("Activity", "Visibility", ..)
• add documentation for options
• add some javascript to generate domain name from wiki name by default (like user in user registration)
• add configurable domain name suffix (for example xwiki.org) used to generate default sub wiki domain name.
