Warning message not displayed correctly in Advanced Options

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up the Publication Workflow Application
2. Create a new page with some content
3. While on that page, in the Workflow panel (added when setting up the workflow) click 'Advanced options' 

Expected result:

The warning message in 'Publish location' should be user-friendly.

Actual result:

The warning message displayed is: 'Location in the page hierarchy where the published page will be created. <div class="warningmessage">The location of the published page must be different from the location of the current page.</div>'.
