Publication does not properly work in subfolders

We have Problems to publish into a subfolder.
The Workflow will create a new Space with dots in the Name.

e.g.:
We want to publish to Home \ TEST \ Test1

After Publishing we have an additional space with the name "Home.TEST.TEST1"
and under this Folder we can find the document.

We already reinstalled the complete xWiki Server and the plugin without any success.
