Allow placing the target in a tree of documents as non-terminal or terminal document

The user should be able to select the target location in a nested model. The idea is to provide an UI similar to the New Location tree selector in the rename form : an input with suggest in association with a tree of documents.
Also, the user should be able to choose if the target document is terminal or non-terminal. The non-terminal option would be selected by default.
