PublicationWorkflowRenameListener triggered at first publication

Upon first publication, the draft document is always saved twice :

• Once for https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/workflow-publication/blame/fb3e82999b533ecbe480fb9b5cf1548819409a27/xwiki-workflow-publication-api/src/main/java/org/xwiki/workflowpublication/internal/PublicationWorkflowRenameListener.java#L214
• Once for the actual update of its status

The first save is not needed all the time, only when a target document gets out of sync with the draft document, which doesn't always occur.
