Fix translation key "noContributionRight" in PublicationWorkflowMacro

The message key for users without contribution right currently used is "workflow.panel.noRightContribution" while it should be "workflow.panel.noContributionRight" to match the existing translation key and to be inline with the other keys such as "workflow.panel.noModerationRight", "workflow.panel.noValidationRight".
