Update the publication workflow macro to take into account the default target space when starting a new workflow

Since XAWORKFLOW-87, it is possible for administrators to define a default space for the target of a document under workflow.

The goal of this issue is to actually use this property within the publication workflow macro so that, when a workflow configuration is selected, the default target space of the document gets automatically updated based on the preference of this workflow macro.
