Missing "valid" documents to the Overview

Overview document is used to know what kind of document has to be dealt by whom so it needs to be complete else you loose documents.

To reproduce on staging

• Set a document to statut Validé
• Log as a Webmaster
• Go on the status page "PublicationWorkflow/Overview"
• The document with the status "valid" are not displayed in any table.

Expected result

• A list of document "validated but not published" or "waiting to be published" is present like for the other status for the webmaster (and the admin) which list documents with the status "valid" on the page "PublicationWorkflow/Overview"
