HTML code displayed in the description of "Publish Location" on PublicationWorkflowPanel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login as Admin
2. Go to Administration > Look & Feel > Panels
3. Add PublicationWorkflow.PublicationWorkflowPanel to any panel (left or right)
4. Save
5. On Workflow Panel, click on "Advanced options"
6. Observe the description under "Publish Location" section
