Intellij frequently fails because of dupplicated classes

    Description

      Caused by XCOMMONS-1259.

      The "spoon" plugin is very annoying. Apparently, it copy the sources into target/generated-sources during its work. For people using Intellij like me, we have a problem. The IDEA tries to compile these sources along with the normal ones, and fails with an error message about dupplicated classes.
