Extension Manager cannot find dependencies coming from a repository defined in a pom

It used to work fine (and I can see there is code for it) so this looks like a regression.

Was reproduced with Dokuwiki Text extension (cannot be reproduced anymore since the repository has been added to nexus.xwiki.org proxy).
