The build uses a lot more memory than it should

    Description

      The main reason is https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MRRESOURCES-106.

      We kept increasing the max memory but it's starting to be insane (we are now getting a OOM with -Xmx2500M...).

      I will create an XWiki version of the remote resource plugin to workaround it.
