CancelableEvents should not be propagated when they are canceled

If a CancelableEvent is canceled it shouldn't be propagated to the remaining listener.

In practice we consider that an abstract CancelableEvent does not match any listener anymore: in concrete implementations, the behaviour could be overridden to still match listeners after a cancel.
