Checkstyle does not complain anymore in case of missing javadoc on types

The upgrade of Checkstyle 8.20 changed the default behaviour for missing javadoc on types and introduced a new module to detect them https://checkstyle.sourceforge.io/config_javadoc.html#MissingJavadocType. We apparently forgot to add it.
