Indicate if an installed extension is valid or not

It's possible to make an installed extension invalid by removing one of the core extension it's depending on or when changing it with an incompatible version.

Right now when an extension is invalid it is just ignored but this is not very nice for XAR extensions which are still installed in the DB but not listed as such.
