Allow the definition of a default entry type when building XARs with the xar plugin

Today, if you want to mark all the pages of a XAR module, you will need to define all of these pages within the configuration of the xar-plugin.

The idea of this improvement is to define a new configuration, defaultEntryType, that will allow to define a default entry type to be defined to every page by default.
