Make InputSource and OutputTarget converters extensibles

It's currently possible to convert various types and String syntaxes into InputSource and OutputTarget which is very useful for filters and macros, but it's currently limited to the types know at xwiki-commons-filter-api level. Would be nice to make the converters extensible to be able to provide other conversions (for example for an attachment).
