Including the Velocity ListTool source into a LGPL2.1 module is not allowed

    Description

      This class was copied from an old version of Velocity for retro compatibility purposes.

      While it's compatible with LGPL3 it does not work with LGPL2.1 it seems.

      From what I understand, moving ListTool to its own module licensed under Apache 2 license should work.
