Introduce a Maven Mojo to display a tree of a resolution done by Extension Manager

Since there is a difference between Maven resolution and Extension Manager resolution (for example, optional dependencies are selected by default by EM in extensions) it would be nice to be able to check how an extension would be resolved for a given version of the XWiki WAR before releasing it (to help catch wrong transitive dependencies or just make sure there are not conflicts).
