Allow upgrading a SNAPSHOT extension to a more recent build

The idea is to apply a similar logic than what the Maven Deploy plugin does: when 1.0-SNAPSHOT version is installed, actually installed a timestamped version of it (either the timestamp found in the remote repository or a timestamp based on the current timedate in the case of a local Maven repository) which is evaluated as being lower than 1.0-SNAPSHOT.
