Move back to JSON-Java instead of Open JSON and upgrade to 20240303

Hello!

org.json has been banned in XCOMMONS-1351. This is because the license was bad. However, the license has been moved to Public Domain 2 years ago.

It's not needed anymore to forbid this dependency.

This is a hard dependency of one of my dependencies ):
