Declare project.build.outputTimestamp to make the build reproducible

    Description

      XWiki should declare <project.build.outputTimestamp> to make the build reproducible.

      While the property is inherited, it should be set in each project separately. In particular, we should ensure that we unset this again in the XWiki contrib parent so each contrib project can set this separately and doesn't inherit the timestamp from XWiki.
