creating new subwiki not possible if form's order is not honoured

When creating a new subwiki, it is not possible to create it, if one fills the Wiki Identifier field before the Pretty Name field. If done in this order, the Next step button is simply greyed out and there's no option to create it, once the order has been tampered with.
