      See XINFRA-85 to prevent the problem from not being noticed again
      See https://github.com/restlet/restlet-framework-java/issues/481 for the issue from RESTlet to upload their artifacts to Maven Central

      ATM I suggest to move the Extension Repository XWiki module to Platform.
