Maven XAR plugin's format mojo removes the default language

Most of our default documents are technical so they have no language. Removing the defaultLanguage document metadata in this case makes sense. But we also have a couple of documents that are translated, like Sandbox.WebHome for which the defaultLanguage is important because it ensures these documents will be indexed properly by Solr and the Language search facet will count them under English as expected.
