Observation manager does not fully overwrite existing event listener

    Description

      When I edit a XWiki.ComponentMethodClass, I need to restart xwiki to make if effective, otherwise it will use the old code and not the new one I wrote.

In the future consider removing a Listener first if you really want to register it again.
