The CookieTool is not available by default as the documentation indicates

    Description

      Velocity Module documentation includes $cookietool in the list of available Velocity tools but if you try this in a wiki page:

      {{velocity}}
$cookietool
{{/velocity}}

      you'll see that it's actually not available.
