Add support for associating custom properties to an installed extension from the install request

This is needed for instance in order to associate the user that triggered the install (from the install request) with the installed extension. The xwiki-commons-extension-api module doesn't know about users or document references so we cannot set the user from there. We need a way to set the user from the platform, when the install request is created.
