Unable to install the UI using Distribution Wizard

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Delete DATA folder
      2. Run XWiki
      3. When DW opens click on Install, Continue

      You will notice that you will get in a loop at installing XWiki Enterprise Flavor - Main Wiki. When you try to install the UI and click Continue you will see Install again and after Continue and so on. I tried on several DBs with the same result.
