Resolve a few critical variables in core maven extensions

For core extensions we start by loading extensions from Maven pom as they are and only then in a daemon thread try to get the real thing from one of the registered repositories. In some cases they can't be found but we need to load their properties to find features or known flavors for example.

For now resolving the following:

• project groupid
• project version
• project version in properties
