Provide API to search installed extensions in several or no namespaces

Rights now it's possible to search for installed extension in a namespace but you can't really search everywhere. The generic search() works but you don't get all installed extension you get the last version of each installed extension which is not really what you want when explicitly listing installed extensions (see XWIKI-13335).
