Failure to register a Converter with a nested type

For example:

public class FieldConverter extends AbstractConverter<List<JIRAField>>

The ConverterManager returns the ListConverter instead of FieldConverter because of a limitation in populateBeans() in BeanManager:

Object convertedValue = this.converterManager.convert(propertyDescriptor.getPropertyClass(), value);

We should use propertyDescriptor.getPropertyType() instead probably.
