Add the extension name to the list of columns displayed in the LiveData

Each page has an xobject listing the extension id. It would be nice to be able to optionally display the extension name in a LD column. This would be used for example on https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/documentation/extensions/ to be able to filter docs per extension name.
