Making changes to several documents in the same request only makes one document appear in the rendering of the Activity macro

The reason is because the same Activity Event request Id is used for all events saved in the DB and the Activity macro only displays one event per requestid. It should actually remove "duplicate" events only when they have the same requestid AND the same document name.
