Livetable filter doesn't work with UTF-8 characters

Prepare some Xwiki user and enter his name with UTF-8 symbols. E.g. name Test and surname Ņuŗbuļānš
Create livetable (e.g. generate code using http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Livetable+Generator) and look at search results.
User can be found by name %u%bu%n% but cant be find by Ņuŗbuļānš
