Move Document Index and Space Index pages into their own Platform Module

    Description

      This is to implement the split of XE pages as described in http://markmail.org/thread/7s3egrdiwuqh32y4

      The new module will be named: xwiki-platform-index

      Translation keys will be renamed to comply with the best practice: <module>.<domain>.<camelCaseName>

      i.e. platform.index.*
