Distribution Wizard report conflict over an freshly imported default XAR

We are getting conflicts for no real changes while following the Distribution Wizard over a wiki installed with the default xwiki-enterprise-ui-all-4.3.1.xar

The conflict arise on the following document:
XWiki.XWikiPreferences (with merge proposal)
Blog.BlogPostTemplate
Blog.Others
Blog.BlogIntroduction
Blog.Personal
Blog.News
Blog.WebPreferences
Invitation.WebPreferences
XWiki.WebPreferences

The diff presented is similar for all, about the author change from XWiki.superadmin to XWiki.Admin. But, in another test, where I do not have use the superadmin user, the diff was simply empty.

The comparison of the document before and after applying the new version, only shows a difference in the author, dates, versions and comments. (See attached files for samples)

Step to reproduce ([] means not sure this is closely related to this issue):

1. deploy a fresh xwiki-enterprise-web-4.3.1.war [configured for mysql]
2. configure xwiki.authentication.rightsclass=org.xwiki.security.authorization.internal.XWikiCachingRightService and xwiki.superadminpassword=whateveryouwant
3. [create an empty database]
4. start the instance
5. login as superadmin
6. skip the Distribution Wizard
7. import the default xwiki-enterprise-ui-all-4.3.1.xar
8. stop the wiki
9. clean up the extensions and jobs folder from the permanent directory
10. start the wiki, and follow the Distribution Wizard to install the UI
