Installation of version 4.0 rc-1 fails on windows 7 64

    Description

      The installation with the "Graphical Windows native installer" on Windows 7 64 Bit fails.
      The first few wizard pages go fine.
      After installing the files, clicking next brings an empty screen.
      The only steps to go from there are:

      • "previous" - which installs the files again
      • "next" - which again brings you an empty screen
      • "quit" - which end the installation with an error
